Profile

Burn the house, is the last piece that belong to a series called “Tales for Marat”. This series was based on the idea of a daily visual dedicated to my daughter ok 8 years old (which one I haven’t seen more than 5 years ago). Works into that works include an air full of melancholy & elements that so much to said are of a very intimate nature. This painting for me is the end of a cycle. In his time was an act of catharsis, through the one I search new beginnings. The image is shown in an atmosphere of desolation, melancholy but light at the same time. Constant in my work I use the element of a house. It could be the inside of a house or if, and use it of metaphor of self. In this picture is a burned house with the interest to rid of the burden and continue.
